He arrived on time, was polite and professional throughout, and carried out the work in a methodical and meticulous manner. The quality of his workmanship was excellent, with a very neat and professional finish. It was clear that he takes real pride in his work, and he left everything clean and tidy when the job was complete. Will is a real credit to Assured Electrical Solutions. He demonstrated professionalism, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to doing the job properly. We couldn't have asked for a better service and would highly recommend both Will and the company. Well worth the expense for the assurabce of reliabilty and professionalism!
Steve installed a new fuse box for us on Monday 15/06. It was done quickly and neatly with all rubbish disposed of. He is also a very pleasant friendly person. I would have no hesitation in recommending this firm for electrical work.
The installation was perfect. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Assured Electrical Solutions. The electrician arrived on top, was polite and easy to communicate with and made sure I was happy with everything before he left. He's a credit to you.
1 star is generous for the miserable service provided by Assured Electrical Solutions in Cardiff. I contacted this firm for a quote for extending a cable from the house to a garden shed. Without seeing the site they quoted £478.80 for labour with “about £70 for materials”. I queried the quote, asking if this was a firm price since they had not seen the site. I was assured it was. I accepted their quote and asked them to do the work. The job logic for the job said an electrician would arrive at 11.00 to start work. He arrived at 1.15, saying a puncture had delayed him. Mainly because of a 2.15 hours late start and partly because he arrived without the tools necessary to do the job, the job was not completed. The electrician said he would return at 8.00 next morning. He arrived at 9.15 saying traffic was very heavy. About an hour into the job the office called me to say their quote of £478.80 had increased by another £298.80. I did complain, but they were unconcerned and just said “that’s how we work”. They said they would call the electrician away leaving wires dangling out if I did not pay up. I had no real option but to pay. Afterwards I checked the small print in their TandCs and they clearly say that if a verbal quote proves insufficient, the price will not increase more than 10%. This was an approx 60% increase. After the electrician left, I found one socket to be dead. I called the electrician who said he would return after finishing work in Bristol the next day. He turned up at 2.15 having driven from a place N of Cheltenham. He had connected the wrong wires to the socket. I finally got the bill for parts, of £193.06. So a job quoted for £478.80 plus “about £70 for materials” cost £970.66. So, very poor time keeping, poor a workmanship, grotesque overcharging and bullying on the phone. One star is generous.
Fantastic service today from Kieran. He did a thoroughly professional job on installing our new EV charging point, working solidly in very warm temperatures! His customer service was outstanding and he was incredibly helpful talking me through the app for the charging point. I would recommend this company, and especially Kieran, wholeheartedly.
Absolutely brilliant service from Kieran today installing our EV charger. From the moment he arrived he was welcoming and professional. We have a reactive dog, and he completely understood the situation and helped ease things which made such a difference for me. The work was completed to a really high standard, and he made sure everything was cleaned before he left. Thank you Kieran for doing such a great job, I really appreciate it and would highly recommend.
